I. PAYMENT NOTICE
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Credit cards
Extra charge for credit card payment is 3%
1. Bookings in Umag, Novigrad, Poreč, Funtana, Vrsar and Rovinj
- Online payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) trough our web site www.be-tours.com. For online paying is neccessary the BE code that can be recieved by contacting us.
- Payment via bank transfer
- Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) upon arrival in Be-tours booking office in Poreč.
- Payment in cash upon arrival in Be-tours booking office in Poreč.
2. Booking outside areas mentioned above (No 1.)
- Online payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) trough our web site www.be-tours.com. For online paying is neccessary the BE code that can be recieved by contacting us.
- Payment via bank transfer.
II. BOOKING TERMS
On receiving the completed booking form, a customer has to pay the deposit or the total sum within 5 days (unless specified differently in the offer) otherwise the booking is cancelled and the accommodation is free for further bookings.
Should a deposit be paid, the rest of the sum has to be paid at least 14 days prior to the arrival in the booked accommodation (unless specified differently in the offer). After that, the customer receives an invoice with a specified sum to be paid.
After the payment the customer will be given a voucher which is to be presented at the reception desk in order to obtain the booked hotel/suite services.
The voucher is the only document accepted at the reception desk, any other document (e.g. an offer) will not be acknowledged.
III. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
A reservation can be cancelled in written form ( mail, e-mail or fax ). Depending on the cancellation time, Be-tours will charge a customer according to the table presented below (unless specified differently in the offer ):
more than 22 days before the arrival – no charge
21-14 days before the arrival – 35% of booking price
13-07 days before the arrival – 50% of booking price
06-01 days before the arrival – 70% of booking price
NO SHOW – 100% of booking price
IV. ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY
Payment on our websites is safe!
We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway service for online payment (http://www.ouroboros.hr) which uses the newest security technology such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with at least 128-bit encryption, as well as other technologies and security procedures according to the highest standards. Confidential data from your credit card is sent directly to the authorization center online. The indicator of secure communication between your personal computer and Ouroboros Payment Gateway is a small icon of padlock in the lower corner of your web browser.
If you hover your mouse pointer over that little padlock, a small tool-tip will appear, saying “SSL Secured”, as well as showing the current level of encryption (128-bit).
V. PRIVACY POLICY
All the information concerning the customer collected by Be-tours serve for the needs of Be-tours in order to provide necessary services.
The data regarding the customer will not be disclosed to a third part. Confidential data such as credit card number are transferred safely and remain protected on secured servers for the services of monetary transactions.
