Location:
The village is located next to the pebble and rocky beach, 3 km from the town centre and 7 km coastline through a sport-recreation area Cuvi.
Facilities:
This small tourist town welcomes you with its 34 rooms and 323 apartments. Everything that makes a tourist town perfectly organised, can be found in the tourist settlement Villas Rubin: a board restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, a pizzeria, snack bars, a grill, a wine cellar, an alle-house, a pastry shop, an aperitif bar, hairdresser, TV lounges, a shop, a newsagent with various other articles, telephone boxes. First-aid station. The usage of the swimming pool with sea water and the parking lot(not guarded) is free of charge. The use of the safety deposit box at the reception is charged approx. 5 kuna per day. Deck chairs can be rented on the beach for approx. 20 kuna per day.
